Grandmaster Hee Yong Kwon opened Kwon’s Taekwondo Academy in Washington in 1991. His martial arts leadership spans Taekwondo, mixed martial arts, community service, and national and international martial arts organizations.

Classes are open to males and females age 6 and older. Children under age 6 may enroll following an in-person consultation.
Choose Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Trial classes are scheduled from 5:30 PM to 6:20 PM.
The academy offers Taekwondo, MMA / Combat Taekwondo, and Gumdo / Korean sword arts.
The academy offers a 1-year membership and a 3-year Black Belt Course. Final pricing and included equipment will be added after confirmation.
